Born in Vienna. The story of A FUTURE WE LOVE.

The project A Future We Love is a vital response to the prevailing dystopian narratives of our time. It is an initiative by the sustainable innovation network and incubator Wemorrow, which has been fostering transformation since its founding in Vienna in 2007.

The core mission of the initiative is to trigger a mental energy transition. Recognizing that collective action requires a desirable vision to strive for, the project aims to counteract dystopian crisis drivers by strengthening our positive imagination. The goal is to shift the conversation toward the best possible future for Europe — a future that people can truly love and fight for.

This journey reached its first major milestone in May 2024 with the A Future We Love forum. It was an intense experience: 2 days, 150+ great minds, 2 talks, 15 sessions and labs. The event gathered hand-picked thinkers and leaders for two days of intensive exchange designed to bridge industry and ideological boundaries.

Moving away from superficial presentations, the forum focused on authentic Eutopia, exploring how to nourish imagination and drive while establishing a new sense of confidence in the face of complex global transformations.

From exchange to inspiration

Following the success of the forum, the project has entered a new phase of digital and physical co-creation. Rather than launching a traditional magazine, the current focus is on a digital collection of ideas.

This ongoing process serves as a collaborative archive of visionary concepts and solutions. In a second step, these gathered insights will be distilled and curated into a physical publication, ensuring that the collective intelligence of the network is preserved and shared in a meaningful, lasting format.
